William Richard Deagle, or "Bill Deagle" was the prescribing physician for Devin Stone and was deemed responsible for Devin's death; Deagle continues to this day to call himself "Doctor", although his license was revoked in 2007 and maintains a website amassing a bizarre cult following online through YouTube.
